Can I personalise my order?
Absolutely! I love creating gifts that feel personal. From custom labels and ribbons to colours, scents, and packaging, we'll work together to create something that's perfect for your celebration.
Is there a minimum order?
Some customised products have minimum order quantities, depending on the item and level of personalisation. Most of the time, it's 6 or 12 per order. Just let me know what you have in mind, and I'll happily guide you through the options.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes! One of my favourite parts of this business is bringing your ideas to life. If you have a colour palette, theme, inspiration photo, or something in mind, I'd love to hear about it.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
I'll personally review your enquiry and get back to you within 1–2 business days with ideas, recommendations, and a personalised quote. From there, we'll work together to create something you'll love.
How far in advance should I order?
For weddings and larger events, I recommend getting in touch 6–8 weeks before your event.
Need something sooner? Don't hesitate to ask! If my schedule allows, I'll always do my best to help.
Every order is carefully packaged and shipped from my home studio in Rolleston, New Zealand.
Processing Time
Because each order is handcrafted, production times vary depending on the size and level of customisation.
Once we've discussed your order, I'll provide an estimated completion date before we begin.
Shipping
Orders are shipped throughout New Zealand using NZ Post.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for ready-made products, while custom orders will have shipping included in your personalised quote.
If you're ordering for a wedding or special event, I always recommend allowing a little extra time before your event date for peace of mind.
.Because most favours and personalised gifts are custom made just for you, these items cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or there has been an error on my part, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, and I'll do everything I can to make it right.
